This expansion marks not just a new location, but an evolution of its identity. A music bar in the heart of the city is now reimagined for the rhythms of suburban life. Understanding the shifting lifestyles of its loyal fan base, The Cassette Park embraces a new challenge: crafting a space where music, nostalgia, and family coexist. Many longtime patrons, once regulars at its electric late-night venues, now navigate the demands of parenthood, making spontaneous nights out a rarity. This new outpost offers a fresh concept—an environment where the energy of a music bar harmonizes with the warmth of a family-friendly space.

시그니처 컬러인 핑크와 레트로 감성의 라이브 음악으로 사랑받아 온 더 카세트 파크(The Cassette Park)가 방콕 도심을 벗어나 교외 지역 랏차프륵(Ratchapruek)에 새로운 장을 연다. 도심의 밤을 물들였던 에너지를 교외의 일상으로 옮겨온 이번 프로젝트는 단순한 공간의 확장을 넘어, 변화하는 라이프스타일에 맞춰 브랜드의 정체성을 새롭게 재해석한 시도다. 도심의 자유로운 밤을 상징하던 뮤직 바는 이제 가족의 일상과 교외의 여유로운 리듬 속에서 새로운 가능성을 모색한다. 과거 음악과 밤의 열기를 즐기던 단골들이 부모가 되면서, 자유로운 밤 외출은 점차 쉽지 않은 일이 되었다. 이에 더 카세트 파크는 음악이 주는 설렘과 지나간 시절의 향수, 가족과 함께하는 여유가 공존하는 공간을 구상했다. 뮤직 바 특유의 생동감을 유지하면서도 누구나 편안하게 머물 수 있는 따뜻한 분위기를 더해 세대를 아우르는 새로운 경험을 제안한다. 이는 익숙한 브랜드의 매력을 지키면서도 고객의 변화한 일상에 자연스럽게 스며들고자 하는 시도이기도 하다.

The architecture amplifies this duality. The façade takes the unmistakable form of a cassette tape, its bold pink frames marking the entrance as if stepping into a portal of analog nostalgia. The entire structure evokes the image of a vintage cassette stack or an oversized 1980s tape deck, grounding the space in its musical heritage. Toward the rear, the volume steps down into a long, lean-to metal structure, housing the kitchen and back-of-house functions with effortless simplicity. The massing is thoughtfully broken into three connected volumes, allowing natural light to filter in and integrate with the unexpected contrast greenery.

건축은 브랜드의 상징을 감각적인 조형 언어로 풀어낸다. 카세트테이프를 본뜬 파사드는 강렬한 핑크 프레임으로 존재감을 드러내며, 1980년대 카세트 플레이어를 연상시키는 외관은 아날로그 음악의 향수를 불러일으킨다. 후면으로 갈수록 낮아지는 매스는 길게 뻗은 금속 구조로 이어지며, 주방과 운영 공간을 간결하게 수용한다. 건물은 세 개의 볼륨으로 나누어 유기적으로 연결했으며, 그 사이로 자연광과 녹음이 스며들도록 구성해 조형적인 개성과 자연의 생명력이 공존하는 풍경을 완성했다.
